Funny, I’ve done most of this stuff for Wordpress, but not for other sites. Now I’m doing blogs for my job on Blogger and Livejournal, and am having to learn new things on how to get those going. This will be a nice back to basics guide for those. Thanks!

@vamsi, Always use a paid domain. I had BlogKori.com when this blog was on blogspot and now that I moved, my visitors didn’t had any problem finding my site + the ranks are still here.
