It’s just like any other credit cards, it’s physical card (not virtual), it operates like any other plastic card, it’s prepaid (debit card) and you don’t need any bank account to have it. It’s linked to your odesk profile and can withdraw your odesk earnings to the debit card.
How to apply for odesk Mastercard?

I got my 1st payoneer card from odesk at 15/03/10.i was so happy to get my 1st MasterCard from payoneer.I work on odesk as a freelancer data processing professional,Bangladsh.few months earlier,i saw that for withdraw via card,we mast request for another card!previous card was expired because that was provided from metabank.Now its choice bank.So i restart my request & got my 2nd payoneer card!previous card was black,branded mark by oDesk…but this one is awesome..no brand mark..just got payoneer better for life!
Now i have to try withdraw via atm….see what happen next :)
